What is
Sapience?
Not therapy. Not coaching. Not a seminar.
This is something more raw, more alive, more real.
A relational practice rooted in systems theory, human development, and decades of lived facilitation experience. Nothing is pre-scripted. There is no fixed curriculum to follow. The work responds to what is present, as it unfolds.
Drawing on somatic group work, nervous system repatterning, and early relational re-imprinting, Sapience is not about learning techniques, but creating the conditions for deeper awareness, coherence, and connection.
What Happens
When You Show up
The work unfolds in stages, guided by what is present

Acknowledge the Signal
Recognize there’s something more.
There comes a moment when holding yourself together costs more than allowing yourself to be seen. When what has been guiding you remains unrealized, it continues to choose for you. Therefore, Sapience begins here, and now. With your recognition that something more honest is possible, and the choice to move towards it. This is an invitation to create what happens next.

Perspective Is Power
Insights for greater awareness.
The week begins with practical frameworks that orient you to the experience. These well-earned teachings help your mind, and your nervous system, open to greater awareness. They offer a steady orientation, not answers to follow, but a map for navigating what is present without leaving yourself.

Step into Embodiment
Activities for understanding.
The frames are not just understood, they are felt. Through embodied exercises, you begin to map this understanding into your body, attuning to sensation, impulse, and emotion. As we slow down, the truth of what has been shaping you comes into focus. Revealing how the past is alive in the present.

The Meeting
We reveal and we are seen.
What is being revealed finds connection in The Meeting. An embodied encounter with what is alive in the present moment, not what was, or should be. Here, your sensation, emotion and truth, are brought into direct relationship with someone else. This encounter is not performance or analysis, it is presence in connection. What is true is allowed to move, at its own pace, with its own flavor. We reveal. We are seen.

The Pulse
Where things fall apart and everything comes together.
From The Meeting, we move into The Pulse, an unscripted, real-time group immersion. This is the core of the experience, where things fall apart and everything comes together. Here, meetings happen: raw, embodied contact that changes how we hold ourselves, meet others, and what becomes possible between us. Reactions to relational dynamics are felt rather than resisted. Encounters arise naturally, revealing familiar patterns while creating space to try new responses.

Integration
Where the work lands, and lives on.
Integration is what makes the work real once you leave the room. Our final day is dedicated to harvesting what you have learned and establishing practical anchors you can return to in the weeks to come. Rather than a high, people often leave with a wider base, greater steadiness, and a new capacity for meeting life as it is, empowering you to respond to adversity rather than react.
“A limitless playground to meet myself through connection with others. I came to truly know who I am.”
— Nick Salmons

Is this for You?
If you want to live with more depth, honesty, and presence, this work is for you, staying open when it’s hard, being present when it matters, and loving without losing yourself.
We’ve welcomed first-timers and seasoned facilitators. Therapists, business owners, authors, artists, engineers, people in moments of transition.
What matters isn’t background or experience. It’s your willingness to show up for yourself, and for others.
