Sapience Retreat
Healdsburg, California
November 16th - 22nd, 2026
The Sapience Retreat is a week-long immersive experience designed to deepen your capacity for authentic expression, emotional intelligence, and relational presence. It’s a training ground for embodied self-awareness, where you learn to feel more, reveal more, and relate with greater truth and power.
Through a dynamic group process known as The Pulse, you’ll step into The Meeting, a potent space where hidden patterns, suppressed emotions, and unconscious roles are brought into the light of connection. This work is both personal and collective. You’ll confront your edges, move through what’s in the way of deeper freedom, vitality, intimacy, and truth.
This is not a retreat where you disconnect from life, it’s one where you meet it more fully.

The Work Is Emergent
Sapience weaves somatic group work, nervous system repatterning, and early relational re-imprinting. Nothing is pre-scripted. Everything is emergent, a living dialogue shaped by what is real.
There is no rigid curriculum. The work unfolds through the body and in relationship. We slow down to notice what is often missed, emotions, instincts, truths. Patterns reorganize when met directly, in connection.

Where Real Connection Takes Root
Nothing is forced. Nothing is performed. What once felt overwhelming can be integrated, allowing something more honest and alive to emerge.
Rather than a temporary high, you leave with greater steadiness and a deeper capacity to meet life as it is, responding with choice instead of reaction. The shifts are lived and enduring.
All that is required is willingness: to slow down, be present, and connect.

“The deepest relational work
I’ve ever done”
— Layla Martin

“Sapience is like a life lab where I’ve disrupted my stories and found out how I really work. It’s the best training I’ve found to inhabit my own life as fully and truthfully as possible.”
— Joe Richman

“This work is unlike anything else I’ve encountered. It is the most transformative program I have ever experienced and I can’t recommend it highly enough.”
— Regena Thomashauer, aka “Mama Gena”

"I have come to know and love my inner child in a new way and have found a new level of bravery in speaking the truth with love."
— Emily Fletcher

“Sapience opened windows I didn’t know existed. It asks for authenticity and returns a deeper understanding of who we are, how we came to be, and how to meet the world honestly.”
— Roman Lifson

“Sapience allowed me to expand, release, connect, surrender and lead. One huge leap forward into my future. A gift for life.”
— Maria Mountain
