A 7-day immersive workshop designed to bring you into deep, embodied connection with yourself and others.
Sapience integrates somatic group work, nervous system repatterning, and early relational re-imprinting - drawing from systems theory, human development, and lived experience. Everything we do is emergent, alive and in connection.
This is not a retreat where you disconnect from life - it’s one where you meet it more fully.

Akera is a generational retreat center and interactive playground where you can do what inspires you – or just be.
Akera spans 123 acres of forest and countryside in the lush Catskill Mountains, 2 hours from New York City. The property includes hiking trails, a lake, diverse wildlife, and luscious nature for visitors to enjoy and relax in the gorgeous setting.
We are offering shared rooms and will be catering healthy food for a range of dietary needs.
PRICING
The price includes all facilitation, lodging, meals and snacks, more than 70 hours of professional instruction and guidance, individualized attention, all materials including an 8 week post-retreat program, support from the group and two integration calls with the Sapience Team.
