What is the sapience retreat?
The Sapience Retreat is a week-long immersive experience designed to deepen your capacity for authentic expression, emotional intelligence, and relational presence. It’s a training ground for embodied self-awareness—where you learn to feel more, reveal more, and relate with greater truth and power.
Through a dynamic group process known as The Pulse, you’ll step into The Meeting—a potent space where hidden patterns, suppressed emotions, and unconscious roles are brought into the light of connection. This work is both personal and collective. You’ll confront your edges, move through what’s in the way of deeper freedom, vitality, intimacy, and truth.
This is not a retreat where you disconnect from life—it’s one where you meet it more fully.
Selgars Mill
Selgars Mill, located in Mid Devon, is a unique venue that fosters creativity, connection, and reageneration. The venue emphasizes sustainability, well-being, and connection, featuring eco-friendly accommodations, farm-fresh meals, and a variety of transformative programs. With a focus on connecting with nature.
With a deep commitment to nature and sustainability, Selgars operates with an emphasis on simplicity and collective participation. The estate features an edible garden and collaborates with local producers to offer fresh, nutritious meals.

Tom is an international somatic artist and experience designer. His work focuses on immersive group journeys that blend movement, ritual, and creative expression. He has been offering this work for over a decade and is the creator and lead facilitator of Sapience.

PRICING
The price includes all facilitation, lodging, meals and snacks, more than 70 hours of professional instruction and guidance, individualized attention, all materials including an 8 week post-retreat program, support from the group and two integration calls with the Sapience Team.
